Please note: All Nemesis Now And Alchemy Gothic items are sent directly from our suppliers - all other items come from us, so your order could be in two packages BUT you will only be charged ONCE for postage.
We aim to despatch all packages within 48 hours of you making your order, almost all packages are, in fact, despatched well within 24 hours.
Packaging
- We carefully pack your product, wrapping it twice ,sometimes three times, in bubblewrap.
- Place it in a mailing bag, labeled with your name and address.
- A "Fragile - handle with care" label is stuck on both the front and rear of the package.
- Posted via Royal Mail in less than 48 hours (over 90% of orders are despatched within 24 hrs) after purchase.
Missing/Damaged Packages
- All items are opened and checked for damage so ALL leave in perfect condition. We will refund any packages that go missing but not until Royal Mail have refunded us, please note on standard mail Royal Mail only compensate up to £36, and we cannot refund anymore than this either.
- We will only refund item cost and not shipping/packing costs.
- If a package arrives damaged, email us within 5 days, please keep the original packaging as this is needed for a Royal Mail claim, and will have to be sent back to us along with the broken item.
- Jewellery broken in transit will not be refunded unless sent by Special Delivery - (this is because Royal Mail will not refund unless jewellery is sent this way)
