Dispatch
We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours, but most will be dispatched within 24 hours. For overseas orders, please consider using the "International Signed For" option to guarantee delivery.
Packaging
Your order is wrapped in bubble wrap (lots of it) and placed into a black mailing bag with your name and address on the front and our label on the back with our return postcode. All orders are posted with Royal Mail.Missing/Damaged Packages
All items are opened and checked for damage before they leave us, but should an order arrive damaged in transit YOU MUST KEEP THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING and let us know by email or telephone straight away. The item needs to be returned to us WITH THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING to the address on the "contact us" page. We will then either refund the payment (minus the P & P) or send a replacement (whichever you prefer).To remove this section of the text, delete it from the Define Pages Editor.
