We try our best to describe our products as accurate as possible, however we cannot assure that product descriptions or any content within this site are error-free.
- Weight of items is in kg’s and does not include packing.
- Please keep in mind that the items may appear larger in pictures, as we have tried to show as much detail of the products as possible, please always check the size & weight in product descriptions.
- We are not liable for any misuse of items received .
Your Right to Cancel.
Under the Distance Selling Regulations 2000 and E-Commerce Regulations 2002 you are entitled to cancel your order within 7 days of receipt of the item.
- Should you wish to cancel your order, you must notify us within 7 days of receipt of the item in an e-mail, please be sure that your e-mail has reached us, if we do not answer within 2 working days, please phone or resend the e-mail.
- In your cancellation notification please state what the item is, cost of item, name & address so we can arrange the refund for you.
- We will only refund the cost of the items ordered and not postage & packing costs.
- Please return the item within 14 days of receipt to the return address you’ll be given in response. This is the address of our storage facilities not our admin offices.
- You are responsible for the return costs.
- Please return the item using an insured form of postage at your own cost.
