We run Gothic Legends in our spare time and truly appreciate every order. Your support means the world to us. If you have any questions or concerns, please email us, we’re always happy to help.
We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 working days, but as a small, independent shop run by a mother and son team, dispatch may occasionally take a little longer. UK deliveries usually arrive within 3–5 working days once shipped. You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.
Not at the moment. We currently ship across the UK only, but we hope to offer international delivery in the future as we grow.
UK delivery starts from £3.99, with free delivery on orders over £50. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location within the UK and the weight of your order.
If something isn’t quite right, you can return it within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resaleable condition. Please see our Returns page for full details and instructions.
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow its journey from our store to your doorstep.
We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and a selection of secure online payment options. All transactions are processed using encrypted gateways for your protection.
Simply email us with your order number and the reason for your return. We’ll give you the return address and, if needed, shipping labels. Once your item arrives back with us in its original condition, we’ll process your refund or exchange.

Run by a mother and son team, with a background in design, web development, and marketing. Our mission is to make Gothic Legends one of the top Gothic shops on the web.
